Starting in 2023, enjoy unique recipes from Arnaud Lallement, Mauro Colagreco, Régis Marcon, and Emmanuel Renaut on flights departing from Paris. These signature dishes are renewed every 4 months. On flights from Singapore, discover the original dishes by Chef Julien Royer of the celebrated restaurant Odette 3*. And on flights to Paris that depart from New York or Los Angeles, discover Chef Jean-François Rouquette’s dishes inspired by nature and the seasons. In La Première, Chef Philippe Urraca, named Best Craftsmen of France (MOF), known for his traditional French pastries, and Chef Angelo Musa, known for his distinctive flair, bring a sweet and elegant touch to our menus with their delectable pastries.
